2W series water solenoid valve is the core component in the field of industrial automation fluid control. It adopts direct-acting diaphragm structure design and can be started under zero pressure difference conditions. It is widely used in on-off control of media such as water, air, oil, and gas. Its unique engineering design and high adaptability make it an ideal solution for water supply systems, industrial cooling devices and fluid automation management.
 
 
 Technology and Features 
 
 
  • Direct-acting diaphragm opening and closing system: no need to rely on medium pressure, the diaphragm is directly pulled up to open after power is turned on, supporting zero-pressure starting, and expanding the application scenarios of low-pressure pipelines.
  • Valve diaphragm seal: using NBR (nitrile rubber), VITON (fluororubber), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) and other materials to enhance the sealing reliability, and the service life can reach more than 1 million times.
  • Plastic-sealed Solenoid coil protection: dustproof and waterproof, suitable for harsh environments such as humidity and dust, wide voltage adaptability (±10% fluctuation), supporting standard industrial voltages such as AC220V/DC24V.
  • Wide temperature range operation: basic type (NBR diaphragm) is suitable for -5~80℃, high temperature type (VITON diaphragm) can be expanded to -5~150℃, meeting the needs of high-temperature media such as hot water and steam.
  • Multi-material valve body options: standard brass valve body, optional stainless steel precision casting, corrosion resistance is suitable for seawater, chemical fluids and other scenarios.

 Application: 
 
  • Water treatment and irrigation: Anti-pollution design is suitable for water sources from rivers, lakes, and farmland sprinkler irrigation and water plant filtration systems.
  • Industrial systems: Cooling cycle control, lubricating oil circuit disconnection, and gas pipeline safety cutoff.
  • Food and medicine field: Optional silicone diaphragm (food grade certification) to meet the requirements of drinking water and sterile fluid control
 
 
 Installation and maintenance specifications: 
 
  • Installation direction: Any angle installation is supported, but the horizontal pipe is recommended to face the coil upward to avoid impurities accumulation affecting the seal.
  • Medium pretreatment: When the fluid contains solid particles, a filter ≥80 μm needs to be installed at the front end.
  • Maintenance points: Regularly check the elasticity of the diaphragm (lifespan is about 3 to 5 years). It is recommended to use a stainless steel valve body in a highly corrosive environment.
