Solenoid Coil:

Solenoid Armature:
The magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil acts on the armature and plunger, causing the valve armature to move under the action of the return spring, thereby controlling the flow of the medium in the valve.
Seals are made of a variety of materials, and the choice of sealing material is different depending on different working media, pressure and temperature factors.
Common sealing materials include: NBR, VITON, PTFE, EPDM, PEEK, Ruby, Silicon, HNBR, etc.
Valve Diaphragm:
The diaphragm is made of highly flexible polymer materials, and a flexible diaphragm is used to block, control or isolate the flow of fluid.
However, the material and design of the diaphragm limit the maximum operating temperature and pressure of the valve.
Common diaphragm material include: NBR, VITON, TPFE, EPDM, etc.
In addition, the mechanical properties of the diaphragm will degrade over time and need to be replaced regularly.
