Pneumatic Solenoid Valve, also known as directional control valve, direct or stop the flow of media to equipment. They are usually used in hydraulic or pneumatic systems and are used in conjunction with cylinders, filters, and air pipe joints.
Pneumatic solenoid valve usually adopts a sliding column design, which has good sealing and sensitive response. By sliding the sliding column back and forth in the cylinder, different ports can be connected or closed to achieve reversing control.
Pneumatic solenoid valves can be either normally closed or normally open. According to the number of ports and states, they can be divided into 2/2-way, 3/2-way, 5/2-way, and 5/3-way valves. For example, a 5/2-way valve has 5 ports and two states (open/closed).
According to the number of solenoid coil, they can also be divided into single-head and double-head.
