The diaphragm is a very important accessory in the pulse valve, and it mainly plays a sealing role in the pulse valve. The pulse diaphragm valve needs to control, block or isolate dust and other substances through a flexible diaphragm. Diaphragm opening: When the trapped air is released, a significant pressure difference will be generated on the diaphragm. This pressure difference forces the diaphragm to move suddenly, opening the valve and allowing air to pass through for cleaning.

Different environments are suitable for diaphragms of different materials. The materials of the diaphragms are classified as follows:

3, low-temperature NBR

4, VITON

5, EPDM

6, PTFE

The sealing disc also has different materials. Nylon and PTFE are hard seals. Black rubber, VITON and other materials are soft seals. Among them, hard seals are more recommended than soft seals.

Double diaphragm valves have more advantages in operation than single diaphragm valves.

When the solenoid valve coil is energized, the iron core in the sleeve is magnetized and overcomes the force of the spring to move upward, discharging the air trapped on the valve diaphragm to the outside. At the same time, the compressed air below the diaphragm cannot rise above the diaphragm in a short time and restore the pressure balance. Due to this pressure imbalance, the diaphragm moves upward and the valve reaches the open position.

For double diaphragm solenoid valves, this happens twice. The small diaphragm air on the top is emptied first. In this case, the small diaphragm exhausts air to the large diaphragm. In this way, the pressure difference is generated faster and the impact is doubly severe.
